Western Mass Care Solutions aims to empower individuals, families, and communities through comprehensive care coordination, life skills education, and access to vital community services and resources. About Me
I am Lourdes Balestier, Founder and President of Western Mass Care Solutions, LLC, and WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp. My journey began as a teen mom, navigating overwhelming challenges with limited support and fiercely seeking resources to build a brighter future. This experience instilled a deep commitment to helping others overcome barriers, knowing firsthand the power of determination, compassion, and unwavering resilience.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from American International College and extensive experience in Direct Care, Counseling, Care Coordination, Supervision, and Marketing, I bring a holistic approach to supporting individuals and families. My goal is to provide accessible, effective solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
At Western Mass Care Solutions and WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp, we are especially committed to helping young moms navigate the complexities of early parenthood, empowering them to grow into productive and confident adults. We believe everyone deserves the resources, guidance, and opportunities to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.

Our public workshops, both paid and free, offer lunch and learns, staff training, notary workshops, and tax preparation classes. Each session equips individuals and organizations with valuable skills, fostering education and community connection.
Private Pay Care Coordination
Resource Fairs/Tabling Opportunities
Our resource fairs offer organizations the chance to participate as vendors, sponsors, or volunteers, showcasing services, engaging with the community, and addressing local needs. This platform fosters networking and collaboration, strengthening community ties and access to essential services.
Life Skills Workshops
Our care coordination services provide comprehensive support to individuals and families, prioritizing your physical, emotional, and social well-being. We're here to help you effectively manage your health and wellness.
