We are dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care coordination, life skills education, and community services to support individuals, youth, and families facing life situations due to medical or social barriers. Our mission is to replace your worries with solutions by providing the care, education, and resources your family needs to improve the overall quality of life.
About Me
Owner/Founder/CEO
Hi, I am Lourdes Balestier, Owner/Founder/CEO of Western Mass Care Solutions. I have a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from American International College. I have experience in Direct Care, Counseling, Care Coordination, Supervision, Marketing, and even Retail. I have been employed since the age of 14 through summer job programs. After becoming a teen mom and experiencing all the things you can imagine as a young mother, I worked hard to find resources available with little if any assistance. I did not want anyone else to go through what I did. I now can say I persevered with hard work and persistence and I want to help others do the same.
The purpose of WMCS is to provide our clients with the respect, compassion, and care they all deserve by educating them on becoming self-sufficient, proper wellness, and social skills. The clients of WMCS will be catered to with exclusive services all to ensure they are well taken care of and feel like we are their second family.
Our services are open to the public.
Available Services
We provide a range of essential services to support individuals and families in our community. Our care coordination service assists anyone in need by helping them manage appointments, connect with community resources, complete applications, and address other basic needs for themselves or their families. For youth aged 12-18, we offer a youth life skills program designed to equip them with essential skills for personal development and success. Our resource connection service ensures that individuals can access the support and resources they require, tailored to their specific circumstances. Whether it's for care coordination or youth life skills, we are here to help anyone who needs assistance.
Care Coordination
Our care coordination services are designed to provide comprehensive support to individuals and families, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need. We aim to provide you with the extensive support you need to manage your health and wellness effectively.
Youth Life Skills
By focusing on critical thinking, emotional intelligence, communication, interpersonal skills, self-management, financial literacy, health and wellness, civic responsibility, adaptability, and digital literacy, these programs equip our youth with the essential tools they need to thrive personally and professionally.
Resource Connection
We provide assistance in finding and accessing a wide range of community resources, including healthcare services, financial aid, housing support, educational programs, and more. Our resource connection services are dedicated to linking individuals and families with the essential resources they need to thrive.
