About the Founder
Lourdes Balestier is the owner of Western Mass Care Solutions and founder of WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp. She is passionate about helping individuals and families gain access to the education, resources, and support needed to grow personally and professionally. Through workforce development, professional training workshops, community programs, notary services, and tax preparation support, her goal is to create meaningful opportunities that empower the community and help people build stable, confident, and successful futures throughout Western Massachusetts.
