About the Founder

I’m Lourdes Balestier, owner of Western Mass Care Solutions and founder of WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp. I am passionate about helping individuals and families gain access to the education, resources, and support needed to grow personally and professionally. Through workforce development, professional training workshops, community programs, notary services, and tax preparation support, my goal is to create meaningful opportunities that empower our community and help people build stable, confident, and successful futures throughout Western Massachusetts.
