About the Founder
Lourdes Balestier is the Founder and CEO of Western Mass Care Solutions LLC and the Founder of WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp. She is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals, families, and communities to thrive.
With a passion for workforce development, education, and community engagement, Lourdes develops innovative programs that equip people with practical skills, connect them to valuable resources, and open pathways to personal and professional success. Her work includes professional development training, workforce readiness workshops, AI and technology education, Notary Public training, tax preparation services, and community initiatives designed to strengthen economic mobility and self-sufficiency.
Driven by the belief that opportunity should be accessible to everyone, Lourdes is committed to building meaningful partnerships, fostering lifelong learning, and helping people gain the confidence, knowledge, and support needed to create lasting success throughout Western Massachusetts.
